Wolfshuilen

Toneelgroep Maastricht

Sound design for a new play by writer / director Judith de Rijke.

About

Wolfshuilen’ is a black comedy, written and directed by Judith de Rijke. She combines humor and tragedy with a rough kind of poetry and thus turns a family history into an almost hallucinatory experience. On the day that their youngest brother is buried, Tine, Ralph and Theo meet again in their vacant parental home for the first time in a very long while. Unsettled by gloomy memories and the shrill barking of the dogs outside, their painful family history slowly becomes visible. But when a bleeding stranger enters the house, ranks close.
