About

LOEV is a dance performance with live music, about love and connection. About liking someone so much that you can’t stand still. About friendship and wanting to belong. This playful performance with four dancers and four musicians shows that love is stronger than hate in every sort of way.

Love is a verb. Because you can learn to love.
Love contributes to solidarity, empathy and growth. And love can bridge differences.

In LOEV the performers first do everything they can to impress the other. They move about like strange species. They parade around playing, whistling, honking and showing off. One shyly and cautiously presents a feather as a gift. Another plays it too rough and is corrected. Who impresses whom? Who mirrors whom? Emotions run high. Higher and higher… Will it all work out?
